What does a service call cost?
A standard service call is $150 for the first hour: a $50 show-up fee plus $100 an hour for labor. Additional hours are $100. Use code GOOGLE25 when you book online and the first hour is $125. Bright Shield members pay no show-up fee and get 10% off labor.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Quotes for planned work like panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators and pole barn wiring are free. If something has stopped working and you need us to find the problem, that visit is billed as a service call.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We offer same-day emergency service for things like partial power loss, burning smells, sparking outlets and storm damage. The emergency rate is $250 for the first hour ($50 show-up fee plus $200 an hour). If you smell burning or see smoke, call 911 first.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Milan and serve 12 counties in west central Minnesota, including Montevideo, Appleton, Madison, Dawson, Benson, Granite Falls, Willmar, Morris, Canby, Marshall and Redwood Falls.
